Hey guys. Hope you had a great Christmas.
This is our last newsletter of 2025, and we just want to say thanks. For reading. For replying. For passing this along. It’s been really cool watching this grow into more than just an email.
We’ve got some genuinely exciting stuff planned for 2026, and we’re just getting started.
Consider this issue a little motivation as we head into the new year.
Let’s get after it.

📕 DAD WISDOM
Stop Running On Autopilot
We all know time feels like it’s flying by. I always assumed it was because life just gets busier.
More responsibilities. More routines. More to juggle.
But I heard a different take recently.
Maybe time doesn’t speed up because we’re busy. Maybe it speeds up because we stop mixing things up.
Same routes. Same schedules. Same conversations. Same screens. When everything runs on autopilot, the brain stops recording new memories. Days blur. Weeks disappear.
One simple way to slow it down is to add a little novelty on purpose. Nothing big. Just small shifts.
Take a different walk after dinner.
Hit a new park.
Let them help, even when it takes longer.
Try something new together.
New memories stretch time. Routine compresses it.
This isn’t about adding more to the calendar. It’s about breaking autopilot just enough to actually notice the days we’re in.
Because these years only feel fast if we let them blur.

RAD DAD
Guido Trinidad

Guido Trinidad is an entrepreneur and athlete based in Miami, and a dad of three kids spanning just about every season of childhood.
For him, the biggest challenge of fatherhood isn’t time. It’s presence. “You can’t multitask a parent,” he says. Kids aren’t a to-do list. They deserve full engagement.
The most rewarding part has been watching his kids grow into kind humans who care deeply for others. Guido believes less in constant teaching and more in modeling. “More is caught than taught. They’re always watching.”
His days start early with family breakfast and school drop-offs before training and work. Evenings are simple and intentional. Dinner together. Talking about the highs and lows. Cleaning up as a family. Singing before bed.
When life feels off, Guido knows it’s usually because he’s overextending in one area. His reset comes from stepping back and getting outside. The family motto says it all. Work hard. Be kind. Have fun.

The Big A## Calendar (By Jesse Itzler)
Most calendars whisper. This one doesn’t.
The Big A## Calendar is a massive, wall-sized view of your entire year. No apps. No friction. Just plans, goals, and reality, right in front of you.
Bottom line: If you want your year to feel intentional instead of accidental, put it on the wall.

Leading by Example Starts with You

If you need an extra push heading into 2026, let it be this: your kids.
Active parents inspire active kids. And taking care of your family starts with taking care of yourself. When your kids see you prioritize your health, they’re learning that consistency and effort matter.
So the next time you lace up your sneakers, remember: it’s not just for you. It’s for them.
